Welcome to Skumbuzo. These Terms & Policies outline important information about purchasing and using our products, including orders, shipping, returns, product care and privacy.
By placing an order through the Skumbuzo website, you agree to the terms outlined below. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Handcrafted With Care
At SKUMBUZO, all our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. This means that slight variations in colour, texture, and scent may occur between batches. These unique characteristics are a testament to the natural essence of our products and the artisanal care put into each item.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on products that have been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can assist you.
Where a product is faulty, damaged or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as required by law.

Your skin, Your safety
We prioritise your skin's health and safety. Please review the full ingredient list before using any Skumbuzo product, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitive skin.
We strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin before introducing a new product into your routine, as individual skin responses may vary.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek appropriate medical advice if required.
Shipping and Delivery
We deliver our handcrafted Skumbuzo products across Australia with care.
Orders within metropolitan Melbourne, are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. For regional Victoria and interstate orders please allow approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation so you can follow its journey.
A flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95 applies to all orders under $150. Orders of $150 or more receive complimentary standard shipping within Australia.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, peak periods or circumstances outside our control.
Orders & Payments
We offer a secure and seamless shopping experience. Orders can be placed directly through our website using the payment methods available at checkout.
Payment is required in full at the time your order is placed. Once your Order has been successfully submitted, you'll receive an order confirmation by email.
Please ensure your contact, delivery and order details are correct before completing your purchase, if you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been prepared or dispatched.
All payments are processed through the secure payment methods available at checkout. Skumbuzo does not directly store your card details.
Product Care & Storage
As our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, texture and scent may occur between batches. These natural variations do not necessarily affect the quality of the product.
Whipped Body Butters may naturally soften or firm depending on temperature. If exposed to warmer conditions, allow the product to return to a cool room temperature before use.
Please refer to the individual product label for specific storage and usage instructions.
